Problem when you do not use the protection netting

During gas cylinder transportation if you use the metal pallets not in a proper way then your cylinder’s paint could be damaged without plastic cylinder net. For example you do not use the straps to fix the cylinders .They will lean left and right knock the other gas cylinders. These continuous knocking and stretching will cause a paint damage.

The most problematic parts are without cylinder protection net:

1. The touching neck parts – because of the gas cylinder production method the cylinder neck will slightly wider then the body itself. If you stand gas cylinders beside each other and strap them together without protection netting then definitely the necks will touch each other
2. Other critical point is the cylinder touching point of with the metal pallets beams. You should protect the necks and the metal to metal touching points between the metal pallets and the cylinders.
