This module is designed to process the Extinguishing Agent / Nitrogen mixture, recovered into the cylinders by the recovery unit (THB5 model), in order to separate the agent from the pressurization Nitrogen.
Capacity: 25-40 kg/h. Outlet pressure: 30 bar. Inlet pressure: 42. Max efficiency: 96%. This module is designed to process the Extinguishing Agent/N2 mixture, recovered into the cylinders by the recovery unit(THB5 model), in order to separate the agent from the pressurization Nitrogen. This process removes the Nitrogen safely and accurately, preventing to stock the product at high pressure. Purpose of the process is to obtain a depressurized product with the chance to stock it in normal and lighter cylinders. Once achieved the final treatment with filtering module 3, the depressurization process allows to take the extinguishing agent again to the purity standards needed to re-use it for “critical uses” allowed by the applicable law.
