Offshore gas cylinder bundle. Our marine gas cylinder bundle are built from 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 16, 20, 24, 30 cylinders with 200 bar or 300 bar working pressure. The gas cylinder bundles are fulfill the 2010/35/EU norms and supplied with:

  • Declaration of Conformity to the European Directive 2010/35/EU and to the relevant ADR section
  • Test Certificate
  • User and Maintenance instructions

Gas cylinders used for offshore or marine

We could mount the offshore gas cylinder bundle with our own gas cylinders but if you would like to use your own cylinder for bundle building we could use that as well. It’s understood that the cylinders of your supply shall be TPED marked or reassessable according to the TPED Directive and shall be accompanied by appropriate documentation.

  • Certified, approved fixing points
  • Sea water proof surface treatment
  • Frame Manufacturing with our supply materials hot-dip galvanized according to EN ISO 1461:2009
  • Stainless steel AISI 316 manifold piping Ø 26.67 x 5.56 mm
  • Stainless steel AISI 316 pigtails Ø 8×2 mm complete of nut and shank for valve supporting
  • Supply and assembly of the high flow residual pressure valve
  • Supply and assembly of brass fittings to connect the cylinders to the manifold/pigtails
  • Bundle assembly with your supply cylinders
  • Check of fitting connection tightening with dynamometric wrench
  • Leakage test with inert gas at the bundle working pressure
  • Cylinders drying and check of moisture content (guaranteed less than 40 ppm at 50 bar)
  • Non-destructive test on the frame, manifold and fittings and on the fully assembled bundle according to UNI EN ISO 10961
  • TPED/ADR plate supply and assembly

  • Double connection port (second main valve and related manifold)
  • Manometer (200 bar or 300 bar)
  • Second port with reducer valve (60 bar)
  • Bi-phase manifold (one port for liquid phase and second port for gas phase)
